Tropical Guava Psidium Guajava Seeds
Packet of 50+ home grown seeds!
This is a really delicious little fruit that tastes very sweet and grows with ease just about anywhere.
It’s called the “Tropical Guava”, but the name is a bit misleading as it grows just about everywhere. Seen it thriving in every state except Tasmania, but it would really surprise me if it grew there as well.
The flavour is quite complex with an almost pear/apple sort of, tropicalness to it I guess? I eat heaps straight off the tree and spend days raiding the local bush here for the fruits when they are in season.
Great juiced even better fermented into wine! (I make a big batch every year.) Can be made into chutneys and pickle, made into jam, jelly, but the best way to have them is straight off the tree.

Unlike 90% of other fruit trees out there, you should be picking and eating fruit, within 2 years of planting the seed! That’s bloody fast for a tree/shrub!
They handle the heat and the cold exceptionally well.
40c+ Or Heavy frost, it does seem to make a lot of difference to them.
Great potted trees too.
We had 2 plants in 15lt pots, and they bore buckets of fruit. Seen them made into bonsai too, and they really looked incredible!

A delicious sweet fruit, on a small manageable shrub, which fruits nice and early.
Can’t really ask for more than that….
