Morning Glory Ipomoea Purpurea Carnevale Di Venezia Seeds
Packet of 15+ seeds of this amazing multicoloured morning glory plant!
Massive variability in colours and stripes on large pale colored flowers.
The blooms smell amazing and the bees really love them, but it is the look of the flower that attracts most folks.
It is an Ipomoea, but it isn’t a particularly aggressive species only growing a couple meters max for me. Named after the colours of the Venice Carnival, it has a couple other synonyms including but not limited to Convolvulus purpureus, Pharbitis purpurea with Ipomoea purpurea being the current accepted scientific name.
Rub one enge of the seed on the concrete or a file, or soak it over night in warm water before planting. If scarified like that germination is normally within a couple weeks.
