A few weeks ago we decided to stop interacting with the general public altogether. To my eye it was looking sketchy and virus survive-ability on surfaces was/is a real unknown?

The thought of us mailing out nasty virus to our awesome customers all around the world just wasn't worth the risk. Even at a 1:1000000000000 odds of the virus arriving live, to my eye it's still better odds that me winning lotto? I still buy the odd lotto ticket, so yeah, nah....

This is how we post the orders for at least a month or until the Government advice changes. Being the wanna be bush-tucker man I am if we run low on crops and the cupboards get bare in the meantime we will just start relying more on the weeds. There are 1000's of tasty “weeds” out there, all more nutritious than a $10 bloody lettuce!

I take the orders to town very late Sunday night, I make sure no-one is around, I poke the mail into the big red box WITHOUT TOUCHING ANYTHING! I then refuel the car using CC Tap, disinfect my hands, arms, shoes, re-enter the car and return home.

On arrival I remove all my clothes and have long a vigorous shower.
Nothing from outside the property ever enters the property EVER!
No outside human contact AT ALL!

While I consider food production and by default our cool seeds an “essential service”, at a later stage the government may disagree.
Same deal with mail, at the moment it is permitted but no-one REALLY knows where this is all heading?

I am doing my very best not to catch or spread this disease, mostly because I'd feel like a major prick if I did.

I appreciate all your support and offers of advice how to minimize our risk, and I just want to assure you we have had a system in place for a while now.

Zero interaction with others or touching of surfaces = Zero risk of infection.

I urge you to all do what you can too.
Do you NEED to shop, do you NEED to visit friends and family, do you NEED to leave the house?
I'd happily bet my left nut the real answer to that question is a NO at least 9/10 times....

I always obey the Government/Police/Health department advice. If they say I should not mail seed orders I am very happy to comply. In which case I will immediately refund them and notify you.

As of today they say it is OK, and I believe morally I am doing the right thing. Like I say, the thought of giving you nice folks a disease is kind of my nightmare....
