Howdy ,
Been a bit slack with the newsletters lately, always come to think of it? Anyway, sorry about that.
Lots been going on here at our place. Our plant collection has grown to levels far more than me and the Mrs can handle by ourselves(1000+species for a while there which is just silly) so we have been selectively culling species since Christmas(while at the same time doing extensive trials with hundreds of cool new ones too).
We are hoping to end up with a few hundred of only the coolest, hardiest, tastiest, or just most interesting species. That's the goal..
Anyway, I am getting through the list and you can expect lots of cool new stuff in the coming months now that the rains and cooler weather has finally come. Harvest season is in full swing.
The way I do things with the stuff already in the store hasn't really changed much, sandy soil, water and time, but I have been doing lots of science experiments lately with our newly aquired species, and I spoke about them a little for the opening of the brand new Bundaberg Landcare.
Figured you guys might be interested too?
Thanks for all your continued support and remember to tell your friends about us if they are on the look out for cool new plants!
Eh, tell them anyway, you never know, and we could really do with a little bump in sales! https://fairdinkumseeds.com
Have a rocking day folks!!!
